In my workshop, woodworking isn't just a craft, it's a relationship. I believe in work born from an intimate connection with wood, understanding and respecting its nature from the first sketch to the final finish. Each piece of furniture emerges one at a time, combining precision machinery with the irreplaceable touch of hand tools to create joints that are both beautiful and enduring.
Every step in my process demands complete presence, a ritualistic journey. From selecting the perfect board to the final coat of oil, each motion is deliberate and mindful. The rhythmic scrape of a hand plane, the careful fitting of joints, the meditative sanding of surfaces, these moments aren't merely steps toward completion but experiences to be savored fully, leaving an invisible signature of intention within each piece.
